Attorneys charging enormous hourly rates. Asking that individuals do legwork, relieving the attorney of extra work, yet still 50% fees go to attorneys. Tort Reform is meant to do what? I see the limitation on individuals who seek true needed justice. West Virginia attorneys won't take most cases under $50,000 for contingency unless it is a slam dunk (NO Work by attorney Except filing and Notifications). Looking for people who feel not only tort reform, but the whole legal system, Business attitudes toward general public and the lack of accountability for any entity needs to be changed. It has became an illness for the citizen, since companies have developed so called customer service and customer resource management to ignore the average citizen if they try to give feedback. Microsoft is a good example. You find a problem with their software, there is no point of contact that I have found available to give them a feedback. As most the response you get from e-mail to tech support, if any, is irrelevant to the question, like they read one word in your message and focused on that word and not the actual message as a whole that would have required some research on their part. Slightly off track with Microsoft, But that is just a small part of the direction business, attorneys, and even doctors are taking. Collect more money with less effort, and dismiss anyone who ripples their calm. We have a webpage where you may get a glimpse of my gripes. www.NewscellUSA.com Also now seeking to organize a non-profit group to fight for Federal and States Government to get in line and in order and create the kind of enviroment that business and people can function and exist with and make a better USA. We are fighting in Iraq against government overule, yet starting to allow individuals in the United States to single handed undo the government that it took 230 years to forge. They are doing this by eliminating laws and rules and allowing every little governement body to form its' own rules.
